QUICK GUIDE

Find the reference.
Verify it in the field.

  1. Search by lot or address

Enter, for example, “503” or a full address. Select a result to see its position in the plan and nearby documented features.

  2. Zoom in on the plan

On a phone, spread two fingers apart. On a computer, use the scroll wheel or +/−. Drag to pan across the canvas. Symbols remain large and display their size as you zoom in.

  3. Tap ⋈ or B

View the type, size, sheet, source, and nearby references. ⋈ identifies gate valves; B identifies blow-offs. Original lines and cables remain visible.

  4. Switch sheets without leaving the map

The sheet selector zooms in on each sheet within the same canvas. “Lots and addresses” shows the official GIS dataset; it does not contain invented valve positions.

Before any operation

This viewer is for locating and studying documents. It does not validate the network, conclusively identify pump 1 or 2, or recommend shutoffs. All features require field verification.

Sources, coverage, and limitations

The connected view aligns matching printed lot labels at the original drawing orientation. This is document alignment, not GPS survey or proof of hydraulic connection. Mainline 1 follows Irr-1 → Irr-4 → Irr-5 above Irr-2 → Irr-3 → Irr-6. Only the verified western portion of M&C3 view 2 fills a narrow overlap. Its other repeated viewports are kept under Original sheets. M&C9 right-hand isolation details remain in the original sheet. Missing M&C1–2 are not fabricated.

13 pages from 3 professional PDFs: Mainline 1 (6), Phase 2 (3), East Phases 3–4 (4). The two pages named M&C 3 are kept separate. Plan labels extend through lot 1563; numbers above 1371 have no confirmed address or GIS position in this dataset.

The connected canvas is a document mosaic, not a georeferenced survey. Symbol and lot locations use document coordinates. Proximity is calculated only within a single sheet and is not measured in meters.

GIS dataset retrieved on October 7, 2026: 1,371 residential lots and 340 tracts, from Sarasota County and Sarasota Property Appraiser. Each lot address comes from a verified documentary match between the parcel and AddressPoint. An inactive address point does not indicate a missing house.

A highlighted symbol is a reviewed document reference, not certification of installation or operation. Illegible or unidentified features are not filled in by assumption. The absence of a marker does not prove that a feature is absent.
